Walk with us

Would you like to get out more, meet new people and get some gentle exercise in nature?

If you answered yes, then our walks are for you. We meet every Wednesday in Horsham Park, at the Human Nature Garden at 10am and every Friday by ‘Iggy’ the dinosaur in Lintot Square, at 12pm.

Human Nature Garden, Horsham Park
10am on Wednesdays

Iggy the dinosaur in Lintot Square
12 Midday on Fridays

We go for a moderately paced walk around Horsham Park/Southwater Country Park, completing the walk within an hour.

Walks are FREE, there is no need to book in advance and are open to anyone over 18, registered assistance dogs are also welcome.

Our walks are not a replacement for therapy and they are not classed as mental health walks, they are there to help people get out and connect in the community and connect with nature to support both physical and emotional health.

If you would like to get an idea of what one of our walks looks like, please follow us on social media here.

We hope to see you at one of our walks soon!
