Richard Hamlin retired from Surrey Police as a Detective Inspector in August 2022. He has considerable experience of working in safeguarding roles, including as a former Head of the Surrey Police Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). He now runs his own training and coaching business, Define Leadership, with several police forces and local authorities among his clients. He is also the Independent Chair of the Sussex Child Death Overview Panel.
Richard helps us to oversee all our safeguarding policies and practices and we couldn’t run the project without him.
